Teake, i resptfully disagree with your resptful disagreement. I'm here to play and have fun, and someone sning heals on my target is taking that fun away from me, and making me stand with my thumb up my butt doing nothing. Also, if they are healing my target, then they are not healing their target, and this makes raid effiey go waaaay down. When ppl start disregarding their assgnments, then I have no idea whh of my healersan take how mh responsibility, and whoan oran't fulfil their role...whh makes healing assigments harder. Plus it makes me a sad bunny that someone thinks i'm not good enough to heal my target and fulfil my role, and wants to babysit me o.O O i ahve no objtion to someone else safelyhking a heal onto my target if they are in real trouble, or I am in real trouble *shrug*. It's not about healing meters (and i'm di anyway, so left that sort o'thing behind me months ago :P ). But yeah, trust me to be good enough to do my job. I'll shriek if i need help, thanks! DPS if you have nothing to do ;)

Servers still down for emergency maintenance this morning

Realms were taken down for emergency maintenance early this morning, with a 2-4 hour estimated window of downtime. I woke up this morning long after the maintenance had started, so my assumption was the servers would probably be up pretty quickly. That was not the case, unfortunately! Luckily I have other things to do today (like write all of this stuff for you), so I'm not terribly broken up about it, but I'm sure a lot of you were planning to get some gaming in this morning. Sad news on the druid blogger front. Phaelia of Resto4Life fame will be closing her doors on March 19th. Resto4Life is, in many people's opinions, is one of the best Druid healing blogs out there. We have the first piece of the PTR 3.1 Patch Notes. Right from Zarhym's mouth tonight. Yaaarrrr! Now has a detailed tooltip. Well thank god for that, I mean what would have happened if Yaaarrrr!'s tooltip got left out? I mean, that would be tantamount to not letting clams stack. And we all know what happened to that.
